What are the financial arrangements?

• TPA will establish a separate checking account to fund the PSF claims and administration fees

How will your plan be administered?

• All claims will still be filed with your insurance carrier. The insured plan will determine which expenses are covered.
• TPA will administer the PSF claims. The insurance carrier will send TPA an EOB electronically for reprocessing.
• PSF checks are mailed directly to your health care provider.
